Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Missoma pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 60 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all jewelry is returned in its original packaging and in unworn condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original Missoma pouch and box, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
